The Two Year Placement Option Explained

On the two year versions, you study the taught Masters in year one and then complete a placement or extended industry project in year two. Your student visa covers the full programme, you graduate with UK experience on your CV, and you still get the 2 year Graduate Route afterwards. It is one of the strongest options for students whose main goal is UK work experience.

    Entry Requirements

  1. Academic: a Bachelor degree, normally 2:2 or above. Chester Medical School routes expect a relevant science or health background.
  2. English: usually IELTS 6.0 overall with 5.5 in each component, higher for some health and medical science routes.
  3. Background: MSc Advanced Computer Science and MSc Advanced Cybersecurity expect a computing or closely related degree.
