University of Wolverhampton January 2027 Intake: Full Undergraduate Course List
University of Wolverhampton has published its undergraduate course list for the January 2027 intake, giving applicants who miss the September cycle - or who need extra time to meet entry requirements - a genuine alternative start date.
Why a January intake matters
A January start isn't just a later version of September. It typically suits three kinds of applicant:
- Students who missed September deadlines or had visa, funding or document delays
- Students who need an International Foundation Year and want to align their foundation start with a January cohort
- Students retaking exams or finishing qualifications on a timeline that doesn't fit a September start

Several courses are offered both as a standard three-year degree and as a four-year route with an International Foundation Year built in - the foundation-year version is designed for students who don't yet meet the standard entry requirements or want an extra year to adjust to UK academic study before starting Year 1 proper.
What to check before applying
- Confirm whether you need the Foundation Year version. If your qualifications sit just below standard entry requirements, the foundation-year route is often the realistic path in, not the standard degree.
- Check English language requirements per course - health and nursing courses in particular often carry higher English requirements than business courses.
- Ask about CAS timing for a January start. A January intake compresses the usual visa and CAS timeline compared to September, so start the process earlier than you think you need to.
